A program based on evidence and clinical trials that is designed specifically with drills and exercises that target specific muscle groups to improve power, speed and endurance.

COMMENCING 8 weeks prior to the Australian Ski season (15th April) this class will focus on Snow Sport specific exercises.

Prepare your body pre-season to reduce the risk of time lost due to injury during the season.

Our classes are taught by physiotherapists, who pay particular attention to the specific control requirements of movement patterns to ensure safe, individualised exercise to improve function and prevent injury. Private Health fund rebates may apply.
