A class specifically designed for teenagers to learn the foundations of movement through Pilates informed exercises.

This is a  matwork based class, using small pieces of equipment to further challenge your flexibility, co-ordination and core. 

This will help you develop better postural habits, feel stronger and more co-ordinated with your movement and help you to integrate your breath, mind and body to keep you present and focussed. 

With these new skills you may find more clarity in your thinking, you will learn to recognise when you are holding tension in your muscles and how  important your breath is on the relationship between your mind and your body.

Our classes are taught by physiotherapists, who pay particular attention to the specific control requirements of movement patterns to ensure safe, individualised exercise to improve function and prevent injury. Private Health fund rebates may apply.
